Now that summer is around the corner I think every girl is thinking the exact same thing, 'I need to loose weight/go on a diet.' Now, how many of us are actually going to make the effort to diet and exercise now? Probably none of us.
I have been trying to think of some quick and healthy snacks to have instead of a packet of crisps or chocolate when i'm hungry, and this is one of them.
These took me about 10 minutes to make all four, you cant get any quicker than that!
All you need is:
- Rice cakes
- Almond or Peanut butter
- Fruit of your choice
These are so delicious and so much fun to eat! Usually with most diet recipes they're full of ingredients that most homes don't have and are such effort to make. This is just about as easy as it gets.
